"Custoza Superiore D.O.C." is made from selected grapes: Trebbiano, Garganega, Bianca Fernanda and Malvasia.
The wine making process involves a late grape harvest on a grapevine of inferior yeld compared to the Bianco of Custozza. Maceration is done on the grape skin and is than fermented at a controlled temperature. Fining in an autoclave lasts from 4 to 6 months, in a bottle 3 to 5 mouths.

"Custoza Superiore D.O.C.", is a whole meal wine, but it goes well with: lean hors-d'oeuvres, a variety og first courses, boiled fish, mixed grill, roasts, cakes and dessert. The bottle sould be unloked when it is about to be poured.
Si serve fresco a 10-12°C.
