“Granatiere” is made in a limited quantity from the union of two kind of wines: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
They are fermented and macerated separately for 15-25 days and then mixed together and bottled. Fining take place for a period of 6-8 months.

"Granatiere" goes well with the entire meal: hors-d'oeuvre of seasoned, smoked or spiced meats, first courses of games, second courses of meat and matured cheese.
To be served at a temperature of 18°C.
