“Bardolino D.O.C.” is made from tthe following grape varieties: Corvina veronese, Molinara, Rondinella.

The wine making process involves fermentation at a controlled temperature with the grape skins. Fining takes place over a period ok 4-6 months.

bright ruby.

Bouquet:

a fruit bouquet with a lingering scent of cherry.

Plate:

very harmonious, sapid and plesant with little tannin; can also be served chilled.

Degree of alcohol:

12°.

Life:

2 to 3 years.

“Bardolino D.O.C.” is an excellent accompaniment to rice and pasta. It goes well with light and white meat and oily or fat fish like eels or gilthead. It is rightly seen as the whole meal wine par excellence.

To be served at 15°C.
