"Chiaretto Bardolino D.O.C." is made from the following grape varieties: Corvina veronese, Molinara, Rondinella.

Maceration is at 10°C for a period of 8-20 hours and is then fermented at controlled temperature. Fining takes place over a period of 3-5 months.

a fragrant bouquet with a hint of rose and cherry.

dry and fresh with a savoury background, harmonious.

1 to 2 years.

"Chiaretto Bardolino D.O.C." is very versatile and accompanies a wide range of dishes from soups to white meats. It also goes well with typical Lake Garda fish recipes.

To be served chilled at 10-12°C.
